Biography
Wendi Johnson, APN FNPc, is a Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in pediatrics at SIH. With a passion for working with children and their families, Wendi focuses on promoting overall health and well-being from a young age. She returned to SIH after a seven-year hiatus, drawn by the organization’s extensive network of providers and top-tier hospitals and clinics.
Wendi is dedicated to becoming a trusted provider for her patients, paying close attention to detail and ensuring that all needs are met. She treats her patients with the same care she would wish for her own children. Raised in Southern Illinois, Wendi values the strong sense of community in small towns and enjoys seeing her patients grow from babies into adults.
